Room prices may vary depending upon season. A minimum two night booking applies in peak periods and long weekends.
Rooms are designed to accommodate two people. Mt Coolum Retreat is unsuitable for children.
Check-in time is from 2:00 PM and check-out time is 10:30 AM. If you wish to arrive or depart outside these times, please contact us in advance. We are more than happy to accommodate your needs if possible.
A 50% deposit may be required upon booking.
Payment is required at the time of arrival. We accept cash, EFTPOS, Mastercard, Visa, Bankcard, and Travellers Cheques.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation received outside 14 days from date of first night of reservation - $20 fee charged.
Cancellation received within 14 days from date of first night of reservation – 30% of total reservation charged.
Cancellation received within 7 days from date of first night of reservation – 50% of total reservation charged.
Cancellation received within 48 hours from date of first night of reservation – 100% of total reservation charged.
